Hi, I'm looking for a simple PCR primer design program. I want to amplify a series of genes, so my primers are pretty much fixed in position. I want to calculate Tm and look for potential hairpins and primer dimers from my pairs of primers. But I don't want to have to enter the target sequence for all of these. Any suggestions?
