NCBI's blast.html as CGI perl

Hello,

The names of the databases are not modified by the CGI script. The CGI 
script reads them from a text file. The text file is modified manually, 
together with the *.rc files.

And the problem is more with the sequence field than with the database 
one... (see my other post).
