NCBI Toolkit: Making blast.REAL on Mac OS/X

Dear all,

I've looked at the available ports and I built the NCBI toolkit from 
source myself on my Mac OS/X machine, but cannot produce the blast.REAL 
binary.  Has anyone successfully done this?  I need it to set up the 
NCBI blast web server.
