PDB viewer

Hi everybody,

I am looking for a PDB structure viewer which can be used as plug-in and 
allows me not only to view the structure file, but also to pass 
information on how the structure should be displayed, e.g. by a small 
script or an extended pdb format, which includes the orientation of the 
structure, coloring of individual residues, secondary structure elements 
and so on. Especially the coloring of individual residues is important 
for me.
