new release of AnnHyb available

Hi,
a new beta version of AnnHyb is available (version 4 BETA 16) at
http://annhyb.free.fr
Several bugs were fixed and some improvements were made (see
history.txt for more information about this version)
AnnHyb is release under GPL and run under Windows OS

Please send me bug reports, suggestions and comments.
