mouse genetics software

Hi!
I am looking for two types of programs (free if possible)
- one of them would carry out the basic transgenic mouse facility 
management. There is a number of commercial programs but they are too 
powerful for our 150 cages and I don't want to pay the price if I would 
not use 80% of the program's capabilities

- another program is to carry out simulations of different two and 
three-trait crosses. A software that would not simply give me 
frequencies of occurrence but also propose to go through a two-step 
mating for instance to get the right backgrounds together before the 
final cross.
