Hi,

a new version (4.914) of AnnHyb is available at
http://bioinformatics.org/annhyb

This version has some bugs fixed and a new function introduced:
highlighting of aligned oligo on multi-alignment.

AnnHyb is distributed under GPL and is only available for windows platform.
