contact maps

[Francois-Xavier Campbell]

Hi, 

    I would like to generate a contact map
from a pdb file. It could be either graphical or just
the plain matrix number. Ideally I would like to run
it on the web or on window xp platform. I can also
have access to a mac 9 or 10 platform. Thank you.
