[Bio-software] Pulsar/Cluster software available

Hi,

I would like to analyze serotonin concentrations in microdialysate with a
program that would perform pulse analysis. I have been unable to find a
place to buy or download Cluster or Pulsar and Pulsefit from NIH will not
unzip or launch for me.
 I would be happy to test your program with my data or if you have any
information on where to find these programs, I would be most grateful.
