[Bio-software] area integration software

Dear colleagues:

During searching, we saw your old message that you are looking for a
MacIntosh software dedicated to Chromatogram management (peak recognition &
integration -automatic and manual corrections-, zooming facilities...) over
ten years ago. 

We are looking for an even trivial thing, integration of a peak area of
zonal analytical ultracentrifuge results.  Do you know of a freeware or
shareware product doing this on Mac?
