Multi Site Strategy for SRS indexing

 We bring in our own database for applications like BLAST, GCG, Mascot and 

 SRS - We prefer to have a limited number of formats - at the moment we 
can 
 get away with using GCG and BLAST formats - it means a little more work 
 but gives us more control over the update frequency.
 
 Also Prisma costs money and if we do it ourselves we can automate it and 
 save ourselves a nice piece of our licensing fee
