We bring in our own database for applications like BLAST, GCG, Mascot

SRS - We prefer to have a limited number of formats - at the moment we
can <br>
get away with using GCG and BLAST formats - it means a little more work
<br>
but gives us more control over the update frequency.<br>
<br>
Also Prisma costs money and if we do it ourselves we can automate it and
<br>
save ourselves a nice piece of our licensing fee<br>
