[DI] Reverse Turn Prediction ???

Does anyone know if there are any secondary structure prediction
services out there (preferably WWW) that do Reverse Turn prediction?
I haven't invested a whole lot of time yet, but the only reference I
have so far is Levitt, M., 1978.  Biochemistry 17:4277-4290.  The 1978
part is the problem.
