[DI] tags for postings to bionet.software.www

Colleagues,

As you may have noticed we have started to 'tag' articles in order to 
sort them into four main categories:

   [DESCRIPTION]: Hints on new resources, and descriptions thereof 
   [SERVER]: Announcements of actual computational/retrieval resources
   [TEACHING]: Tutorial and/or cookbook and teaching resources
   [DISCUSSION]: everything not fitting in the groups above

We have been asked to shorten the tags to facilitate more of an article's title 
being displayed. In future, we will therefore use the following short versions:

   [DE] for [DESCRIPTION]
   [SE] for [SERVER]
   [TE] for [TEACHING]
   [DI] for [DISCUSSION]

We hope that this structuring helps to classify and browse the news more 
effictively.
