The recently founded Entelechon BioTech GmbH offers a new service for
biologists. On its
website, you can vote for your favourite not yet available bioinformatics
tool. Every two
months, the company programs the tool with the most votes and publishes it
as a Java
applet. This service is absolutely free. With this service, Entelechon wants
to foster the
application of bioinformatics in the life sciences.

In addition, you already found a small collection of freely usable Java
tools at the
Entelechon site.
