Software to find physical gene clusters

We have developed a program to analyze microarray expression data for
the presence of physical clusters of co-regulated gene groups. The
program, Pyxis, is freely available to academic institutions at
www.bioinformatics.uct.ac.za/pyxis. The C++ source code, developed in
Borland C++ Builder 6, may also be dowloaded and used. A paper
