Lend your hand to maintain a new online "Protocols Encyclopedia"

My Suggestion:
I suggest every researcher report his/her experiment protocol on this newsgroup.
Then set up a special protocol-review team to check the protocols(make necessary
corrections, summarizations and improvements), classify them into subjects, so as
to make a new online "Protocols Encyclopedia".
Set up a protocol-maintain team to maintain this Encyclopedia list.
Hope thie encyclopedia can be timely updated(a big downside of conventional
publications), freely available(like open source softwares), and scientifically
advanced.
