cloning fossil pollen

hi ,
     just a thought knowing that pollin chromosomes  are most likely
intact ,they may be able to be isolated and cloned using a anucleated
plant cell which is then generated in a medium.
Pollin chromosomes are diploid I believe this may be a problem.
