We are trying to get rid of Amersham Vistra
Robot because we don't have space for it anymore.
The robot is good for the following applications :
1) Automated DNA mini preps (it does upto 32 minipreps)
2) Flourescent DNA Sequencing
3) Radioactive DNA Sequencing
4) Automated PCR setup
5) PCR cleanups
It comes with computer, manuals and is in very good condition
and fully functional. It was bought for £50,000 in 1995 but will
consider any reasonable offer (even below £10,000).
