Hi, Does anyone know of a method to amplify 150kb DNA product. I am trying to amplify a product cloned in a PAC and not sure if there is a method of doing it. If anyone has tried it or knows of a method that might work I would appreciated if they could let me know of it. Thanks rifat rifat at icr.ac.uk
