Two chromosomes for one protein?

Certain proteins are assembled from 2 or more subunits, encoded by
separate genes which map to different chromosomes. The succinate
dehydrogenase complex and RNA polymerase are two examples of such
proteins. One protein dimer of this type is platelet-derived growth
factor-AB.
Where could I find a complete list of proteins that are derived from
more than one gene, and maybe even from more than one chromosome?
