utilities for linkage or fastLink

Hi,

I am trying to set up a set of programs for linkage analysis on my windows 95 
PC.  Could you please tell me what tool programs work best together with 
linkage?

 I am specially interested in prgrams for management of pedegree, and 
genotyping data (kind of database or DBMS), generation of input files  and 
plot of output files, and possible automation of some steps.  Thank you.
