Softberry completes FGENESH++ annotation of MOUSE genome draft
This gene set will be presented in Santa Cruz genome Browser.
The MOUSE – Human Syntenic regions and alignments will be presented
at Softberry site also,
You can search complete databases of mouse/human predicted mRNA/ORF and 
proteins for homology with your query sequence at

Fgenesh++  predicted:

 35650 genes includes 3479 genes corresponding  rMouse Refseq mRNA 
and (66%) 23508 having similarity with Refseq or protein

ID and Name of similar protein added after ## in name line of fasta files *.pro
Refseq corresponding proteins additionally marked NM_..
