How much overlap is there between Tsetse, mouse and human DNA?

I read somewhere that the difference between human DNA across different
races was a fraction of 1%, and the difference between mice and humans
was a few percent, and that even the Tsetse fly has a significant
amount of our DNA....

Does anyone have an athoratitive source for data that would prove or
disprove the statements above?
