This is a general question to the list. I am interesetd in looking at
the interaction of bacteria with different soils, and I have 2 questions.
1. Can anyone recommend a review &/or good papers on this topic?
2. Does anyone know where you can get soils (commercially or from
another lab) that have been characterized. That is, you can can sand of
certain particle size, clays, various water contents, etc. so to have
some basis for others to replicate/extend any of these experiments.
