Confocal Scanning Laser Microscopy

I am currently in the final stages of my PhD studying biofilms containing 
Listeria monocytogenes. I have confocal images stored on disc but I am not 
able to form 3D images of them, due to the operators of the microscope not 
being able to get the software running properly. I was wondering if there was 
anyone who would be willing to help me in my predicament.
