FISH in biofilms

Hi Chris!
Molecular Probes sells a dye called Oregon Green that works at neutral pH,
but has the same absorption/emission spectrum as fluoroscein. We have only
used this for protein labling, but the catalog says they have kits
available for oligonucleotides as well. They have a website at
http://www.probes.com.
