<div>The initial test results suggests to me that biofilm can be treated as a nearly incompressible material (Poisson's ratio of 0.49 N/m^2), this is assumed by some other people (0.5) and others assumed 0.3 which suggest that biofiulm is compressible...I am not clear what value I should use for simulation</div>
