first of all, i wud lik to thank d
moderator of ds grp fr havin a discussion forum on Biofilms.. I am new to this
group.. i ve jus subscribed.. i am studyin in chennai.. intrstd to do proj in
pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms.. i ve onl basic knowledge abt wat biofilm is..
so pls help me in carryin out this proj.. i wanted to knw as how p.aeruginosa
can be grown as a biofilm in laboratory condition.. is it possible 2 get a
large sample by growin d culture under batch conditions instead of growin in
continuous tubing reactor as we dont hav that set up facilities in our lab.. if
so can u suggest me d expt methods fr biofilm formation & screening.. i
wanted to work on biofilm associated proteins, its structural
characterisation.. m concentrating in proteomics to study by 2D- PAGE.. pls
