Geoff Huston's Vax bulletin board package is available via anonymous FTP
on genbank.bio.net.  The files are located in ~ftp/pub/vms.  Most of
the files have been compressed to save file space and transmission time.
These are LZW compressed Backup Save sets.  To get a file you must use
binary transfer mode.  First, get the LZDCMP.EXE file, so that you can
decompress the save set after you get it, and then get the xxx.BCK_Z file.
Please note that the documentation is from a previous release however
the systems administration and configuration details are consistent 
between releases.
