restriction mapping program

hello

I am looking for a program that will take a set of gel fragment data
and construct a restriction map.  I DO NOT want a program that will
read sequence and make a map!!!!  

If you know of a program that will do this, read restriction fragment
lengths and generate a restriction map, please send me some info.  It
doesn't matter what platform it runs on.
