'BIONET computer resource' access info wanted

    i need to access the "BIONET computer resource" to download Richard
  Roberts' restriction enzyme data.  would someone be kind enough to
  email (or post) the necessary information for doing this?  if this is
  availble somewhere by anonymous FTP that would be even better.
