IBV Sequence

The sequence data for IBV (20500bp) are indeed available in GenBank.
Unfortunately they are present in unannotated form, but may be
retrieved from a release or the servers with the accession number
M29496.  In the meantime, we will commit to moving these data out of
the unannotated division this week and re-releasing the data in their
annotated form.
