I have fixed a few bugs in the makelogo program and put the new
version into our archive. You may obtain them by anonymous ftp
from ncifcrf.gov in pub/delila. See the README file first.
The program is now in both Pascal and C.
The program also now puts a grey error bar over the letters when
one is working in black and white.
Sequence logos are described in NAR 18:6097-6100 (1990); they
allow one to look at binding sites with a method that is MUCH
better than the consensus sequence.
