Regarding the dissection of intents of messages, and the direction of them to
appropriate groups [or bit bucket...], I personally would not take even 
the 0.1 part of that job suggested, nor would I wish it on someone.

We could try to think of inappropriate or mistaken postings, or postings 
from novices trying to make contact as, say, tolerance training.
