A slight delay in the vote for sci.engr.biomed :(

[Enemy of Totalitarianism]

	There will be a slight delay in the vote on the creation of
sci.biomed.engr.
	The fault is mine, as I forgot to send a copy of the RFD to
news.announce.newgroups, which is where the "official" call must appear for the
discusion/vote to be valid.

	Accordingly, the RFD will be posted again, with a minimal discussion
period, followed by a vote after the holidays.

	My apologies to all those awaiting the vote/creation of the group.
