leader sequences of serine proteases

Does anyone out there know of any databases for leader sequences (signal
sequences, which are the amino terminal portions of secretory or membrane
proteins that assist proteins across the membrane of the RER ...)? 
Especially those for serine protease??  Or maybe some reference paper??
