BIOSCI PROBLEM IN U.K.

Something has caused several computers in the U.K. to start sending
messages back to BIOSCI newsgroups from "root".  I have alerted the
Daresbury site and hope to get this problem cleared up ASAP.  Sorry
for any inconvenience.
