Biosimulations via FTP

Does anyone have some good suggestions, descriptions, and ftp sources
for biosimulations in cell/molecular biology? About a month ago some-
one sent info on BIOSIMS.ZIP. I downloaded it via ftp using binary
but it won't unzip with pk. I have long since erased the original file
and I don't remember the ftp site. Any help would be most appreciated.
