Another problem on BIONEWS

Dear readers,

	I have reported the latest problem with cardiff in the U.K. to
both the U.K. and IRLEARN sites.  Needless to say the move of the
mailing lists to GenBank has not happened yet because of new proposals
and yet more discussions between the BIOSCI sites.  If I can't get a
prompt resolution of the bouncing problem (it's about 9 PM over there
right now unfortunately) I may temporarily cut the link in to GenBank.
This will not help European users unfortunately, but, as usual, I am
powerless to do anything about the problem as long as the mailing
lists are at other sites.
