Immediate problem may be fixed

My thanks to Rob Harper for coming to the rescue again and reviewing
the IRLEARN lists.  It appears that the source of the problem has been
removed from the list so I am adding back the BIONEWS distribution
from GenBank to IRLEARN with the hope that this test message will not
be duplicated.

My apologies once again to our readers for all of these hassles and my
thanks to the many of you who have responded to my earlier message
about consolidating the mailing lists to minimize these things in the
future.
