GenBank Errors

Jim et al.,

	I took time out from the release to call and speak to Tom
personally.  I'll let him respond further to these issues as he
wishes, but there are significant misconceptions that his message
might promote, and I brought these to his attention.  I think that a
less-impassioned restatement of his concerns along with a public
retraction of some points is in order.  I will refrain at least for
now from saying anything further.
