*Eukar. Promoter Database

The Eukaryotic Promoter Database is available from the EMBL 
file server as well as the NCBI repository.  On the NCBI
repository (anonymous FTP to ncbi.nlm.nih.gov), the EPD files 
are located in the "./repository/EPD" subdirectory.  In addition 
to the EPD data and documentation files, a file containing EPD 
promoter sequences in FASTA format is available, as well as a 
representation of EPD in ASN.1 format.  Some Fortran code for 
the software described in JMB 212: 563 is also available on
