	Couldn't the exchange of used equipment information be a part of the
SCIENCE-RESOURCES newsgroup?  Resources needn't be limited exclusively to
funding....and this may be a way, as mentioned by a previous poster, for fundingagencies to be made aware of the unused equipment that's "out there".
