Sorry about putting the wrong address into seqapp docs (I told
you it's buggy:).  You can get to the Rna Database Project
archive by anonymous ftp to:

The RNA files are in directory pub/RNAdb.
The project is making available some databases of phylogenetically
aligned RNAs.  It is headed by Carl Woese, and others at U of Illinois
and Argonne Natl' Lab (anl).  See the "readme" files in the archive.
