Reversal of E-mail addresses.

Rob et al.,

	The address reversal problem was reported to Daresbury not
long after the transfer of the lists to there from IRLEARN.  They
looked into it and found that the problem involved the UK mail
gateways.  I have been told that they are working on a fix for this,
but it obviously is not yet complete.  Alan Bleasby and Paul Griffiths
at Daresbury are in a better position than I to elaborate further on
where the solution to this problem stands at the moment.
