URGENT!!! EPA medium formula?

Hello I have a small problem, big for me. Is anyone could help me?
I need URGENTLY the composition of a medium for ecotoxicological test on
      ^^^^^^^^^^^
crustacean.  I lost the formula and I have actually experiments running with
this medium. The book were I could find the formula does'nt exist in
Switzerland.
 I wonder if someone could just look to the original book where is
describe the formula for the  moderately hard synthetic freshwater EPA medium:

what I need:
NaHCO3......??  mg/l
