NIH postdoc opportunities

Sorry, buffer ran out...

I have just seen an advertisement in Science which says that 
for a listing of post-doctoral opportunities I may access the
 NIH EDNET bulletin board via modem (1,301 4922221 or
 1,8003582221). Is there some way of accessing this number/BB
 without using a modem? ie using telnet/ftp/Email etc. If 
so, does anyone know the address?  alternatively, is her 
some trick I can perform that will emulate a modem?
