LPS in vivo ?

Hi etworkers,

I am a graduate student in immunology. As many immunologist I use LPS as a polyclonal activator of B
lymphocyte and macrophages. For this I inject in mice 50 microg. of LPS per mouse. But I am wondering what
may be the "physiogic" concentration of LPS during a bacterial infection.
