Program to align secondary structures of nucleic acids.

	I'm a french student in computer science, preparing a PhD on the "Genome"
project. I'm actually working on a program which allows to align secondary
structures of nucleic acids. Does anyone know if such a program already exists?
If so, can you give me a ftp site or a bibliography.
